Once a user represents his or her eligibility to participate and enters into a Participant Agreement, we share certain financial information with the user’s clearing member firm and other third parties as necessary to process transactions. Unique identifiers are collected to verify the user’s identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Our Web Site is a general audience site. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information through our Web Site, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to not disclose such information to any third parties (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law).
Information Shared with Third Parties
